My last stop on my Suvarnabhumi Airport lounge adventure in Bangkok was the Eva Air Lounge. I had heard good things about this lounge and I’m happy to say the lounge delivered on expectations! Let’s get into the review!

Eva Air Lounge Entrance
The Eva Air lounge is located in the F concourse side of level 3 before the F1 and F2 gates. There were tons of signs directing me where to go so it was very easy to find the lounge entrance.

The lounge entrance has a sleek black entrance marked by the lounge name in shiny silver letters along with the Eva Air logo. There is also a banner with all of the Star Alliance carriers listed out.

Eva Air Lounge Layout and Atmosphere
The layout of the lounge is simple and just a big rectangle. The lounge entrance is found at the left side of the lounge and turning right after the front desk took me into the main area. There is a walkway that runs down the middle of the lounge splitting the space into 2 halves. The bathrooms and amenity rooms are located near the front desk with the bathrooms being on the left of the walkway and the amenity rooms on the right.
After walking past those, the rest of the lounge is just dedicated to the dining and seating areas. The food is located in its own cutout section of the lounge on the right side while the seating areas are on the left.
The Eva Air lounge is not the biggest lounge in Suvarnabhumi Airport but it’s a good size and didn’t feel cramped. I’d say it’s right in the middle between the Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge and Thai Airways Royal Orchid Prestige Lounge in terms of size.
However, what makes the lounge stand out is not its size but its design. This lounge has one of the most unique designs I’ve seen in a business-class lounge. The entire lounge has a modern and futuristic feel highlighted by lots of LED lights throughout the space. I thought the rectangular white LED light arches outlining the walkway into the main area were especially cool.

One section even had arched partitions with blue LED lights that extended into strips across the ceiling and gave a slightly blue hue to the room.

In addition to that, the intricate carpet pattern, sleek countertops, and various contemporary ornaments all helped contribute to the modern aesthetic of the lounge. There were also lots of decorative flowers throughout the lounge and it was great to see this classic Asian interior design element incorporated into the space.
One of my favorite things about the lounge was how there was jazz music playing in the background. I think that it’s such a great way to add class and give a relaxing ambiance to the lounge. This reminded me a lot of the OneWorld Lounge at LAX because of how there was also jazz music playing there.

Another big plus is how there are huge floor-to-ceiling windows spanning the 2 walls of the lounge. These were great at allowing natural light to brighten the space and allowed guests to look out into either the terminal or the tarmac. I was able to get some great views of an Emirates 777-300ER and A380-800 nearby which was really cool!
There’s even a modern world clock with the local times of major international cities displayed on a big TV screen.

Eva Air Lounge Seating
The lounge had a good amount of people already inside when I visited around 1 pm. But despite that, I was still able to find seating because of the plentiful seating options in the lounge.
The seating area is split into 3 sections by a combination of wall partitions and countertops. Each of the seating areas isn’t that large but still offers lots of seating for guests to choose from.
The first section has 2 large curved tables that can sit 10+ people each and also leather armchairs to fill out the area. I think this was the most aesthetic seating area of the 3 but wasn’t the most private since it’s more of a communal space with large tables.
The second section reminded me of a grand living room because the chairs are arranged in a rectangle with all of them pointing toward the center of the room. There was a decorative glass cabinet and hanging ceiling ornaments that served as the focal design point of this section.

The last section is the largest of the 3 and has the most seating options. It is populated with rows of leather armchairs that have a coffee table in between each pair of chairs.

Towards the end of the lounge were larger wingback chairs with tall seat backs and privacy flaps.

I’d recommend seating in one of these wingback chairs because they’re further away from the main dining area and because you can choose a seat that looks into the terminal or out onto the tarmac.

Eva Air Lounge Dining
The best part about the Eva Air Lounge was its incredible food selection. There was so much food that they had to dedicate an entire room just to house it all.
The hot foods were served in huge chafing dishes and I loved how there was an even mix of Thai dishes and Taiwanese ones. The main entrees while I was there were fried noodles and stir-fried vegetables.

Next to it was a chafing tray filled with individually wrapped bowls of pad thai and beef noodles. I was super full at this point so I didn’t eat anything but the pad thai looked really good!

I was impressed how there was even a soup selection too! The Thai spicy shrimp soup looked incredible and super authentic. I wish I had the appetite to try it!

Next to it was a spinach soup that didn’t look very appetizing compared to the Thai spicy shrimp soup.

There was even a heated cabinet filled with an assortment of small bites. The pastries looked good but the most interesting item was for sure the “pizza super deluxe”. I definitely didn’t expect to see pizza in a Taiwanese lounge in Bangkok but I applaud the food variety.

I loved how this lounge stayed true to its Taiwanese identity and even had some dim sum dishes.

The assortment of dim sum was fantastic and I could pick from har gao, BBQ pork buns, siu mai, and custard buns.

The second half of the dining area was filled with all of the cold foods. There were salad bowls, salad dressings, and even fresh coconuts resting on a bed of ice!

Next to that was an assortment of cut sandwiches.

If that wasn’t enough food, there was even instant noodles!

For dessert, there were sliced fruits and a mix of different ice cream flavors.

Eva Air Lounge Drinks
The drink selection in the lounge was terrific as well. The non-alcoholic drinks consisted of bottled water, fruit juices, sodas, sparkling water, and a vitamin drink stored in a refrigerator near the food. There were also Chang and Singha beers in this fridge.

Next to that was an automatic coffee machine and a hot water dispenser.

Further down the countertop was a great selection of spirits in the self-serve bar. I liked how there were even ice buckets with some wines and champagne resting on an LED-lit bed of ice. I was surprised to see even Heineken beer on tap!

Lastly, the dining area room had two dispensers filled with orange juice and Thai iced tea. This area also has fresh coconuts and I would highly recommend grabbing one!

Eva Air Lounge Amenities
The Eva Air lounge has some pretty good amenities for a business-class lounge. Near the entrance are a pair of rooms featuring 2 electric massage chairs. The chairs looked pretty high quality and I liked how you could close the curtain at the doorway for added privacy.

Next to that was the business center and it was pretty nice with several work counters and office chairs. I thought all of the succulents and small art sculptures did a good job of making the space more lively.

There was also free wifi in the lounge and lots of signs with instructions on how to connect. The speeds were good and I had no issues.

Eva Air Lounge Bathroom and Showers
The lounge bathrooms were quite big and very modern as well. I liked all of the colorful walls and the free-standing sinks.

There were even decorative planters in the bathroom too!

This Eva Air lounge also has 2 shower rooms available for guests to use. I had to talk to the front desk worker to get the key to one of them.

The showers are located at the end of the left hallway near the bathrooms and are hard to miss.

The shower room interior was pretty nice but very standard with a shower stall, sink, and toilet. The shower stall is enclosed in a set of glass doors and comes with both a fixed shower head and a handheld one.

Inside the shower stall were L’Occitane branded soaps and shampoos.

The sink area featured a giant mirror along with a little stool, hairdryer, and lotions. I appreciated how each towel came individually wrapped in a plastic bag.

I was surprised to see that the toilet had a bidet!

The last thing in the shower room was an electronic panel near the shower entrance that controlled the room’s ventilation.

Conclusion
The Eva Air Lounge in Bangkok is an incredible business-class lounge. It’s decently large, has a great interior, boasts a superb food selection, provides good amenities, and has showers available for guests to use. All of that is a recipe for a great lounge and are what makes the Eva Air Lounge so great. I would say that it was the best lounge I visited during my time at Suvarnabhumi Airport and is worth a visit.
